In early 2022, Ava (then 12 years old) had an idea to start a business. She was interested in making lip balm. With the support of her family, those ideas have come to fruition. Not only does she produce and sell lip balm, but she has expanded her product line to include shower steamers, bath bombs, sugar scrub, body butter, lip scrub, beard oil, wax melts, toilet spray, bath salts, and laundry detergent.
In 2023, Ava began producing district approved Byron Bear Logo items. The first item was the Byron Bear vinyl decal. She teamed up with Bear Paw Coffee to sell them to the public. Most recently, she started pre-sales for high quality stadium blankets.
All products are handcrafted in Southeast Minnesota. Items can be purchased online or at various craft shows around the area. Ava also sells wholesale and will accept special orders.
With the way Ava has grown her business thus far, it's very possible that someday she will open her own boutique and fulfill all her dreams!
